From my initial phone call to scheduling my appointment and arriving at the office, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.

What particularly stood out to me was Dr. Puri’s expertise as a medical doctor and his knowledge of facial anatomy. I have been receiving Botox and Xeomin injections for years at different medical spas, and this was the first time a provider took the time to actually explain the anatomy of the face and the different layers of the skin before discussing treatment- and which skin types were best for different treatments. I found that level of education and attention incredibly valuable and reassuring.

Dr. Puri also thoroughly reviewed my medical history and spent time listening to what I wanted to achieve. There was absolutely no pressure to add procedures or treatments I didn’t need. My goal with Xeomin was a refreshed but very natural appearance, and he respected that, taking a conservative approach with the number of units he injected rather than over-treating.

Beyond his medical knowledge, Dr. Puri was patient, personable, and completely nonjudgmental. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how much time he devoted to understanding my goals and explaining his approach. I've done laser hair removal with Dr. Puri multiple times now and had great results! Dr. Puri is a very attentive and knowledgeable physician. He goes to great lengths to make sure the patient is well-informed about the procedure, experiencing minimal discomfort, and happy with the results. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all the procedures he offers, he explains them and the options/side effects throughly to you "prior" to performing any services.
